PayMyCareTeam is an independent sales business that connects Arizona healthcare employers with payroll, employee benefits, and HR-support providers. This page explains what information we collect through paymycareteam.com and how we use it.
What we collect
When you request a callback
- Your name, organization name, and phone number
- Your email address, if you give one
- Your number of employees, your type of organization if you choose one, and anything you write about what you'd like help with
How you found us
With each callback request, the site also sends details about how you arrived, so we can tell which websites and ads bring in inquiries:
- The page you first landed on and the page you submitted from
- The website that referred you, if any
- Campaign tags in the link you followed (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content)
- Advertising click identifiers in that link, if present (such as gclid, gbraid, wbraid, fbclid, or msclkid)
To keep these details as you move between pages, the site stores them in your browser for the current visit only (session storage). It is cleared when you close the tab. This site doesn't set advertising cookies.
When you schedule a call
Scheduling links open Calendly. Calendly collects the details you enter there, such as your name, email, and any answers to its questions. Our links also pass the campaign tags described above, along with the site name, so we know where the booking came from.
We don't ask for payroll records, Social Security numbers, bank information, or patient information on this website. Please don't include patient information in the callback form or in emails to us.
How we use it
- To call or email you about your request or meeting
- To understand your organization and explain the arrangements available to you
- To share relevant details with a provider partner so they can answer your questions or prepare a proposal, if you'd like one
- To see which websites and ads lead to inquiries
We share your details only with provider partners involved in your inquiry, and only for that purpose. We don't sell your information.
Services we use
- Formspree receives callback requests and delivers them to us by email.
- Calendly handles meeting scheduling.
- Cloudflare hosts this website and routes email sent to hello@paymycareteam.com. Like most hosts, it may process technical information such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site.
Each of these services handles data under its own privacy terms.
How long we keep it
We keep your information as long as we need it to follow up with you and coordinate your options. If you don't move forward, we delete it on request or when it is no longer needed.

You can ask us to update or delete your information at any time by emailing hello@paymycareteam.com.
