Who we are
PayMyCareTeam is an independent sales business. We connect Arizona healthcare employers, including medical and dental practices, home health and home care agencies, senior living communities, and therapy and behavioral health practices, with payroll, employee benefits, and HR-support providers.
We don't process payroll ourselves. Our job is to understand what your organization needs, explain the arrangements available to you in plain language, and coordinate answers and proposals with the provider while you decide.
How we work
- We start by listening. A free 15-minute call about your team, how you pay people, and what you'd like help with. No payroll documents needed, and no obligation to switch.
- We explain your options. Payroll only, standalone employee benefits, or payroll with broader HR support. See how they differ.
- We follow through. We coordinate questions and proposals with the provider and keep you updated until you decide.
Your introductory call may be with PayMyCareTeam or with a representative from one of our provider partners. If you request a callback, we get back to you within one business day.
What we don't do
We don't process payroll, give legal or tax advice, or collect patient information. The details of any service, including what's covered and what it costs, are confirmed with the provider before you sign anything.
